Booking
How far ahead should I book?
8 to 12 weeks.
That gives enough time for a discovery call and to shape the talk around your room. A shorter runway is sometimes possible on request.
Is a deposit required?
Yes.
A non-refundable deposit at contract signing reserves the date.
Does Xavier travel?
Yes.
- Based in San Antonio, he travels nationally and internationally.
- Airfare, lodging and per diem are covered in the contract.

What does the stage need?
- A wireless lavalier or headset microphone.
- An HDMI connection.
- A ramp or lift to the stage, with accessible backstage facilities.
Can we record the session?
- Internal training: yes.
- Public distribution, broadcast or sale: needs a separate licensing agreement.
