Born in 1999 in San Antonio with a rare physical disability his doctors were not sure he would survive, Xavier was raised by a single mother who never treated him as limited. When people stared, over the years he developed true confidence: head up, eyes forward, refuse to let anyone else's discomfort write your story. At 15, he delivered his first keynote at Respite Care of San Antonio's Anniversary Luncheon, the most successful fundraising event in the organization's 11-year history. Xavier has been an advocate ever since.
Today, with 11 years of speaking experience, a Gold Telly Award (MotorTrend TV's Built for Business), and a track record that has moved over $800,000 into San Antonio communities, Xavier brings this Solver mindset to global audiences.
