A Mother's Story
About Xavier Sanchez
Xavier Rene Sanchez was born June 24, 1999 in San Antonio, Texas. Arms to the elbows. Legs about half the typical length. No knees. Two doctors told his mother to end the pregnancy. She was eighteen, and she said no both times. When it was time, she went into that operating room alone.
In the NICU she saw him for the first time. She looked at his little arms and said, "Oh, they are little, that is okay." That night she promised to give him the best life she possibly could. She raised him like the man he had to become. The chores still got done. When people stared, he learned not to let their discomfort write his story.
From the age of two, Xavier went to Respite Care of San Antonio while his mother cleaned houses for a living. The playground had a ramp on one side, so he could always get to the top. That is where he learned the sentence he still lives by: if the environment is there, he can make it happen. If it is not, you create it.

Two Things Happened at 15
In the summer of 2015, Xavier went to his first Believe It Foundation camp. It was the first time he had been away from his mother. He found out the limitation was never the disability. It was his mindset about the disability.
That same year he gave his first public speech, at Respite Care of San Antonio's 28th Anniversary Luncheon. He was 15, reading off an iPad, and he told the room he wanted to drive a car someday. The luncheon netted $175,000, the most in its history.
He also started training. He could not get to a gym and could not drive, so he did fifty sit ups a night on his bedroom floor. Two weeks later he had abs, and hid them for six months because they were not good enough yet. He came out of that bedroom understanding that discipline is a muscle, not a mood.
Xavier rode three city buses to the University of Texas at San Antonio, an hour and forty five minutes each way, and made every class on time. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Cybersecurity in 2021. In 2020, Cameron Davies of Cruising Kitchens built him a custom Toyota Sienna, the spaceship, and he got his driver's license. That year his story became an episode of MotorTrend TV's Built for Business.
In 2022 he bought his first home on his own and started in sales at a global financial technology company, rising from Account Executive to Growth Account Executive. In January 2026, an opportunity arose to launch his own company, XS Impact. Betting on himself, Xavier has once again proved that discipline and ownership are the key to success.

Impact and Mission
The name is pronounced "Excess Impact," because everything Xavier does is meant to be more than expected, and more than anyone said was possible.
Since that first speech, he has spoken at corporate events, nonprofits, high schools and galas, and has helped raise over $800,000 for San Antonio communities. He has been featured on Fox San Antonio, Great Day SA, and San Antonio Magazine. He has served on the boards of several organizations he was once a part of as a participant.
Right now, Xavier speaks. Solve For X is for frontline and operations teams, department leads and company-wide events. Why Me Became Watch Me is for K-12 schools, universities, faith and community groups, nonprofits and correctional programs. Coaching for men and consultancy for organizations are on the way.
The thread through all of it is the same. He was taking charge of his life, his journey, and his outcomes. The method he built, the system that has made him successful, can apply to anyone who desires a better life. Xavier lives in San Antonio and is engaged to Jazmin. They will marry in late 2027.
